My name is Dominik, and if one of my services appeals to you, I will accompany you on your fitness journey as a coach. In addition to the basic B and A licenses, I am also a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. I also hold a medical trainer's license and have experience with common health conditions.

My fitness journey

Even though exercise has always been a part of my life, sometimes more, sometimes less, my own fitness journey truly began almost 10 years ago. It started with individual workouts from fitness apps and pre-made training plans from various providers. Along with corresponding nutrition plans, none of which were practical in the long run.

 

The end result was often frustration. With myself, because I didn't follow the plan exactly. With the plan itself, because it wasn't compatible with my diet and daily routine. Instead of improving my health, I added another stress factor to my life.

 

That's why, over time, I began to educate myself further so that I knew what really mattered when it came to training and nutrition. What things to pay attention to and what to ignore, as the influences are negligible. Since then, I've optimized both for myself and integrated them into my daily routine so that it's no longer a stress factor for me, but rather the necessary balance to feel absolutely fit physically and mentally.

 

Finally, I decided to obtain an official trainer's license. In my own circle of family and friends, I've repeatedly noticed how many people are at the same point I was a few years ago. They start their fitness journey with good intentions, only to abandon it because the training doesn't fit their lifestyle, takes up too much time, and isn't enjoyable in the long run. On top of that, they jump from diet to diet, hoping one will bring the necessary results.

 

My goal became to help people achieve what I had achieved back then, and to avoid the mistakes I made back then.

The Gym

Personal training is available in many locations: outdoors, at your home, or, for example, in my own gym located in the idyllic Vilstal valley near Kallmünz. Equipped with dumbbells, barbells, and the occasional specialty dumbbell, some machine exercises are also possible.

 

Additional equipment such as TRX bands, tubes, medicine balls or battle ropes also offer many options for customizing your plan, should you decide to train with me on-site.
